Frank manages to capture special moments in time and of beautiful places that are rarely seen by others. His objective is to capture these moments using the highest quality techniques possible and thus sharing with others what he has witnessed. Frank's desire is to discover, enjoy, record and share the wonderful beauty of our Earth.
